We review Prime Contractors’ health and safety policies and procedures to confirm regulatory compliance and verify that safe work plans and specialized emergency response procedures are in place. Through regular site visits and inspections, our team monitors safety practices in real time, documenting findings and reporting directly to the Prime Contractor and Owner Representatives. When gaps are identified, we provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve site safety and reduce risk. Our team reviews incident flash reports to ensure proper reporting and investigation protocols are followed, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

We conduct independent third-party safety audits to provide objective assessments of on-site practices, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to project-specific safety standards. These audits offer valuable insights and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for proactive safety enhancements.
