Devin Jones is the Project Management Practice Lead at Charter, where he brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in managing and advising on major infrastructure projects. A professional engineer with a background in mechanical engineering and field construction, Devin is known for his decisive leadership, technical acumen, and a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Since 2012, Devin has advanced from a field engineer on mining and hydro projects to a senior leader overseeing large multidisciplinary teams. His expertise spans project and design management, constructability analysis, cost estimation, procurement strategy, and contract development. He has led Owner’s Engineer teams on high-profile projects for the BC Ministry of Transportation, Transportation Investment Corporation, and the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority.

Devin excels in identifying and resolving construction risks early in the project lifecycle, often leading to design optimizations, contract refinements, and improved cost certainty. His work on projects like the Taylor Bridge Replacement, Fraser River Tunnel Project, and Steveston Interchange highlights his ability to navigate technical, logistical, and stakeholder complexities in high-risk environments.
