Ben Park is the Chief Estimator at Charter, where he leads the firm’s estimating practice with deep expertise in civil infrastructure cost analysis and project delivery strategy. A Gold Seal Certified Estimator and PMP, Ben brings over 15 years of progressive experience in the heavy civil construction industry, grounded by his early hands-on fieldwork and advanced by his leadership in cost estimating, constructability review, and project planning.

Ben specializes in developing accurate, comprehensive cost estimates for major transportation, bridge, highway, and transit infrastructure projects. His portfolio includes high-profile initiatives for clients such as the BC Ministry of Transportation, Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, TransLink, and various municipalities across Western Canada.
