Arturo Brosig is the Practice Lead for Construction Planning at Charter, where he leverages over a decade of experience in planning, scheduling, constructability, and project controls. With a Master's in Civil Engineering from UBC and a P.Eng designation, Arturo brings technical depth and strategic insight to complex infrastructure projects across Canada.

His portfolio spans major transportation and marine infrastructure, including SkyTrain expansions, highway interchanges, immersed tube tunnels, and port terminals. Arturo has played key roles as Technical Coordinator, Scheduler, Estimator, and Constructability Advisor on projects such as the George Massey Crossing Study, Fraser Valley Highway 1 Corridor Improvements, Operations and Maintenance Centre 4, and the Centerm Expansion Project.

Arturo’s unique background as both a field engineer and a cost estimator allows him to seamlessly integrate cost, schedule, and construction feasibility considerations. He has contributed to the success of design-build, P3, and traditional delivery models by providing construction planning expertise, managing procurement and tender evaluations, and supporting earned value and risk assessments. His multidisciplinary understanding—from earthworks and marine works to structural steel and M&E systems—makes him a trusted advisor across all project phases.
